OVERALL PERSONALITY[/b]
The biggest thing you need to know about Vladimir is that he is a patient person, and you need to be patient with him. He’s a procrastinator. Working is not his strong point, yet when he works, he’ll succeed without trying. He likes sleep a lot. Disturbing him while he’s sleeping is a good way to get hurt. He doesn’t like people who are very loud or obnoxious. He doesn’t like Russia either, but that’s a different story. He won’t start a fight, but he’ll sure as hell finish it. He tends to stay neutral in arguments. When it comes to other people, Romania isn’t racist. When a country has an ethnic minority of as many gypsies as his does, you learn to overlook race. He doesn’t care for religion either. He’s a very relaxed guy. Even though he’s a procrastinator, he can’t stand it when other people bore him. That’s part of the reason he hates Russia, is because he finds Russia to be boring. He also hates Russia because he’s always trying to drag him back to his house, even if that means taking Ukraine with them on the way.
Vladimir may look like a scary guy, and sometimes he is. For example, he’s scary when he isn’t fed. He’s scary when he’s working. He’s scary when he hasn’t slept. He’s just frightening when his standards aren’t met. But when he’s comfortably immobile, full, and thinking about a certain someone, he relaxes and doesn’t look so scary anymore. He doesn’t look scary when he’s sleeping or when he’s around small children, either. But he still retains an aura of authority about him, even when he’s serene. People tend to have a sensation of forced calm around him.
When it comes to love, he isn’t choosy. If you ask him out, he’ll date you. Unless your Russia. Go away Russia. Though most people wouldn’t be able to tell, he’s a very sensual person. He just seems to know exactly where to touch and when. He knows when his companion needs to be alone and when they need a hug. Some people wonder why this is, but really, it’s just a sort of sense he has. He won’t cling, but he won’t leave you alone for hours, either. However, he has issues with not getting any, well, sex. While he understands that mental affection is as important as physical, he can’t help it. He has needs, dammit. And, well, if you can’t fulfill them, sorry. He’s gone.

`WHEN HES INSIDE YOU KNOW THERES NO ROOM FOR ME!
[/font] He wasn’t one for making a fuss about anything, really. That was Austria’s job. Austria made a fuss. He did not. Unless Austria was fussing at him, then he made a fuss back. But it was only a little one. He was one to let things just roll along, which was hard to do on occasion. People looked at him and thought ‘a country that size, and with an upper-middle income economy... He must be very important.’ He wasn’t, though. He sort of was an indecisive person.
He had to live with Russia for a while. That was a bore. All the Baltic States drove him mad. Backbones were hard to come by nowadays, it seemed. That and before Russia, Rome was always barging in and the Goths and all those people. His house wasn’t invaded as often as, say, Italy’s, but it was still invaded. Russia barged in quite a few times. He finally had to kick him out, and that was an accomplishment many couldn’t do. Maybe that was why they left him alone.
He left people alone, too. He never invaded anyone. In the early days, he was always the one being invaded, the Huns, the Goths, everyone and their brother wanted to come in. He slept through most of it, to tell the truth. They were in one decade, out the next. Nowadays, he couldn’t tell what was going on anymore. He sort of just went with some sort of flow and, if that wasn’t working, well, he had a problem.
Romania was generally just lazy. Maybe that was why he slept though economics.
He woke up in class and contemplated whether it was really worth the effort to lift his head off his desk. Maybe if he stayed still, he could go back to sleep and contemplate some more. But no, now he was up, and that meant he would stay up. It was a curse. Vladimir sat up, scratching the back of his head as he looked about, half-expecting a big commotion. ‘Romania? Awake? Preposterous!’ However, his being alert to the presence of everything around him seemed to alert no one. Maybe it’s because he had so very little people paying attention to him, besides Hungary and the Ukraine. Occasionally Russia talked to him, but that was only to try and inspire fear. It never seemed to work on him, probably because he knew it was an empty threat. There was nothing to invade. It was like invading Italy. There was really no point.
Then again, maybe the reason why no one had caused a commotion was because there was no one in the classroom. The dark-eyed male blinked in surprise. He expected someone to wake him. The male seemed to be calm for a moment, looking around. There were no black cats or ladders or spilled salt. There was nothing to worry about. It was peaceful, for once. Sealand wasn’t even there. He normally tried to get someone to acknowledge him. Romania mostly flicked him away. It was sort of like dealing with Canada, onlu most of the time, he didn’t even see Canada to deal with him. He wondered if he had the same affect. Maybe people didn’t see him. Maybe that’s why no one ever invaded. He contemplated that for a second, but he couldn’t decide which was correct. He did that a lot.
With that in mind, Vladimir put his head down and went back to sleep. Might as well enjoy life before Austria came around. He was always making a fuss about something...
He wasn’t one for making a fuss about anything, really.
