OH AND HERE'S A SAMPLE:
A pleasant fragrance wafted throughout the kitchen as Liechtenstein piled Rösti, quiches and many more in medium-sized containers. She decided to wake up early and start preparing lunch for herself and her beloved brother; school was going to start in about two hours. She wasn't the best cook in the house -- it was true that Switzerland usually made their meals -- but he couldn't hide anything from her, and Liechtenstein knew it. More often than not, the blonde would find her beloved brother concentrated on his homework, his body hunched over and eyes blinking sleepily. One night, it had been too much for him and he collapsed, which saddened her greatly. Must he push himself too hard?
As Switzerland was claimed by the powerful hands of sleep, Liechtenstein placed a thick, fleece blanket over his body. She reached out to stroke his cheek lovingly, a tiny smile adorning her rosy lips. Almost immediately, determination was evident in her features. She resolved to waking up early tomorrow and prepare his favourite dishes. It couldn't be that hard, could it?
"Good night, big brother. I hope you sleep well," she whispered before closing the door.
Once Liechtenstein reached their spacious living room, she started digging through the many piles of books in a little blue chest, a little collection as a result of the books Liechtenstein and her brother had acquired over the years. Finding what she had been looking for, Liechtenstein produced a thin, bound volume. It was filled with many recipes, mainly recipes from Switzerland. She flipped through the pages, slightly yellowed with age, amazed at all the amazing delicacies. She found herself frowning, however.
"How can I possibly cook all of these? They look so hard..." she sighed.
She closed the book and sauntered over to her room, hugging it to her chest. It was already late, and if she wanted to wake up early tomorrow, she would have to sleep early as well. In spite of having to do a little bit of careful planning, Liechstenstein fell asleep with a smile on her face. It was the least she could do for her brother. He'd done so much, and she felt that she hadn't lived up to being a good little sister yet.
The following morning met with Liechtenstein completing her brother's lunch, and now all that's left was for her to make her own. She was clad in St. Gaia's uniform and a frilly white apron, and her hair done up with it's usual ribbon. She was somewhat startled as she heard a cough, followed by a sigh. Liechtenstein craned her neck towards a familiar figure, and wasn't the least bit surprised. Switzerland was an early riser as well.
"Big brother!" she exclaimed, delighted. She couldn't wait for him to eat the lunch that she put all her heart and soul into making.
"Liechtenstein, I told you you didn't have to do anything like this. Ah well, it's not like I can stop you," Switzerland sighed, concern showing through his features.
"Don't worry about it, dear brother!" she chirped, handing him his lunchbox. "Doing something like this isn't a problem at all. I hope you'll enjoy it!"
The Swiss wasn't very good at showing how he felt, but Liechtenstein knew that he had accepted when his eyes lit up, showing surprise and contentment.
If all it took was cooking him lunch to make him happy, Liechtenstein would cook for him as much as he wanted, even if she wasn't the best at it. After all, he was the only one she had, and held very dear to her.
